Our office will continue to accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card & Check as forms of payment.
Please note our new policy effective January 2020: for any check written for $75 or more, must NOW be secured with registering a credit or debit card number with our office. This information is securely stored and would only be used in the event a check was returned by your financial institution. Please note that for any returned check item, you will incur a fee of $70 in addition to the original amount for which the check was written.
In order to continue offering our customers the convenience of using credit/debit cards: any purchases made with a credit/debit card (including Care Credit) will be subject to a 3.5% fee due to an increase in fees from the credit card processor. This amount will be added on to your total.
